Tetapi perkara yang paling penting berlaku ialah TAYLOR SWIFT dimalukan oleh Kanye West di hadapan berjuta-juta orang. Ketika Taylor bangun dan memberi ucapan atas kejayaannya memenangi video wanita terbaik (You Belong With Me), Kanye merampas dan berkata “Yo Taylor. I’m really happy for you. I’m gonna let you finish but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time(Hello Taylor. Saya amat gembira atas kejayaan kamu. Saya akan memberi kamu peluang untuk bercakap tetapi Beyonce sahaja yang mempunyai video terbaik. Video terbaik sepanjang zaman)!”

Berlari ke'sentap'an Taylor,turun dari pentas. Lankah yang diambil oleh Beyonce untuk memanggil balik Taylor untuk memberi ucapan ketika dia sendiri menang, amat patut dipuji. Ini baru semangat untuk memperjuangkan musik. Apa yang berlaku pada Taylor sangat kejam & semua orang akan suka dengan video you belong with me.
